The company intends to establish a partnership with the Philippines in the development and construction of infrastructure projects in various strategic locations including railway projects with real state, hotel and retail component in an investment hub south of the Philippines. Established in 1993 the Lee World is a multi-business company engaged in trading, manufacturing, property management and investment management. President Benigno S. They are privately owned and operated, and use their own capital as well as funds borrowed from the US Small Business Administration. While they are profit-seeking enterprises, SBICs select small businesses to be financed within the rules and regulations set by the SBA - therefore, only firms defined by the SBA as "small businesses" are eligible for SBIC financing.
